What people are saying

  • “I am now feeling much more confident and capable and I'm extremely proud of the difference in what I achieve and my mental health now compared to a year ago. Bex is very patient and understanding, they've born with me while I ramble on in an unfocused way, always helping me come back to a concrete goal and plan of action. I would (and do) 100% recommend Bex for anyone disabled, neurodivergent and/or living with chronic health conditions.”

  • “I had a coaching session with Bex Harper yesterday and today I feel like a new woman. I really found that Bex asked good questions to help me come up with the best ideas to help myself and make better decisions for me. Bex is always friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend their coaching!”
