Coaching for Trans* People

If you are trans, non-binary, gender diverse, or questioning your gender, you may have spent a long time navigating other people's expectations, assumptions or misunderstandings. That experience can shape how safe you feel in the world, how much space you take up, and how easy it is to prioritise your own wellbeing.

Earth Coaching offers a calm, supportive space to pause, reflect and build a life that genuinely fits who you are.

A Safe Space, Where You Do Not Have To Educate Anyone

Many trans people are used to explaining themselves or managing other people's reactions. In coaching sessions with Bex, your identity is respected and understood.

This means you can focus your energy on what actually matters to you. Your goals, your wellbeing, and the direction you want your life to take.

People often come to coaching when they are:

  • Exploring or questioning their gender identity

  • Navigating transition or identity changes

  • Processing difficult experiences with family, work or society

  • Rebuilding confidence or self-trust

  • Recovering from burnout or chronic stress

  • Creating a life that reflects their authentic values

Why Nature-Based Coaching Can Help

Many trans people carry a high level of stress from navigating systems and environments that are not always inclusive.

Spending time outdoors can help regulate the nervous system, support emotional processing and create space for clearer thinking.

Earth Coaching sessions often take place outside. Walking, sitting in nature, or simply being outdoors can make it easier to reflect, process experiences and reconnect with yourself.

The natural world also reminds us that diversity, change and transformation are a fundamental part of life.

Neurodivergence, Chronic Illness & Intersectionality

A significant number of trans people are also neurodivergent or living with chronic health conditions.

Bex specialises in supporting ADHD and autistic individuals, as well as people managing chronic fatigue, burnout or fluctuating energy. Sessions move at a pace that respects your energy and capacity.

Your experiences of gender, neurodivergence, disability, sexuality and culture all shape how you move through the world. Coaching recognises these realities and works with them rather than ignoring them.

Clients often work on areas such as:

  • Building confidence in their identity and decisions

  • Managing burnout, stress and energy levels

  • Navigating relationships and boundaries

  • Developing supportive routines and structures

  • Creating meaningful work and life direction

  • Finding ways to feel more grounded and at home in themselves

Working with Bex

Bex is the UK’s leading non-binary outdoor coach and works extensively with neurodivergent clients and people experiencing burnout or chronic fatigue. Bex often gives talks, workshops, or has a stall at local Trans* events in the Southend-on-Sea area and is a regular workshop leader at the annual Queer Spirit Fest in Devon.

Their approach is thoughtful, practical and compassionate. Coaching sessions create space for reflection, clarity and meaningful change.

If you are curious about coaching, the first step is a free discovery session. This is a relaxed conversation where you can talk about what support you are looking for and see whether coaching feels like the right fit. You can ask questions, share what is going on for you, and decide whether working together would be helpful.
