Natural Health & Herbal Medicine
Naturopathy Rooted in Nature, Neurodiversity & Whole-Person Wellbeing
Welcome to a different kind of naturopathic practice. Here, nature is not a backdrop — it’s a co-facilitator. Your body is not a problem to be fixed — it’s a whole ecosystem to be understood, supported and gently rebalanced.
Your lived experience — especially if you are LGBTQ+, neurodivergent or chronically ill — is not an afterthought. It’s the foundation. Whether you’re navigating chronic fatigue, hormonal shifts, digestive issues, immune dysfunction, or simply seeking a more rooted connection to your health, you’re in the right place.
I’m Dr Bex Harper (they/them), a non-binary, certified transformational coach, coaching supervisor, and student naturopath based in the UK. I specialise in supporting neurodivergent and chronically ill clients through nature-based, evidence-informed care.
My areas of interest within naturopathy include: neurodiversity; chronic fatigue & adrenal fatigue; trans-affirming healthcare; women’s health, menopause and hormones; stress & anxiety; and trauma management.
I’m currently finishing my training, but this page is to find out more about me and when I will start to take bookings.
Whole-Body Healing Without Shame
At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing is not linear, and it doesn’t need to be perfect. You won’t be judged for your eating habits, your energy levels, your coping strategies, or how long it’s taken you to get here. Together, we’ll work with what’s possible – not with impossible ideals.
I blend evidence-based scientific naturopathic approaches with coaching and a deep respect for your autonomy and capacity. My practice is informed and inspired by permaculture: I honour the seasons, your rhythms, and the intelligence of your body.
What I Offer
Bespoke Naturopathic Consultations
Thoughtful, collaborative sessions exploring your health history, current symptoms, and lifestyle. You'll receive a clear, realistic plan rooted in nutritional therapy, aromatherapy, herbal medicine, nature immersion, lifestyle guidance, and seasonal alignment.
Support for Neurodivergent & Chronically Ill Clients
My practice is neurodivergent-led, trauma-informed and chronic illness-centred. I understand the sensory, cognitive, and energy-related nuances that shape your day-to-day experience – and I adapt accordingly.
Trans-affirmative Healthcare
As a non-binary naturopath, I am here to support you on your journey to becoming more you.
Nature-Based & Supportive Approach
You won't find rigid meal plans or detox gimmicks. Instead, expect grounding, spaciousness, and support that works with your nervous system, not against it. I offer tea blends, essential oils, recipes and coaching that are geared towards your needs.
Accessible Pathways to Health
Flexible sessions, remote and in-person options, and support for those wanted to access Access to Work coaching.
Who This Is For
This practice is for you if you’re:
Neurodivergent, chronically ill or LGBTQ+
Feeling let down by mainstream health services or wellness spaces that don’t ‘get’ your body or brain
Seeking a more compassionate, nature-based, holistic approach to chronic symptoms
Curious about seasonal living and herbal medicine but want grounded, professional guidance
Ready to deepen your self-care, self-trust, and sovereignty – at your own pace
A Different Way to Do Health
This is naturopathy that trusts your inner knowing. That leaves room for messiness, relapses, and slow growth. That understands the connection between the soil, your nervous system, and your ability to digest the world – not just your food.
Whether we’re working with herbs, rituals, routines or food, the aim is the same: to return you to yourself. Not the version others expect. The one who breathes easier, rests more deeply, and remembers how to feel good in their skin.
Let’s Begin With a Conversation
Your body has stories to tell. Your symptoms carry meaning. And healing doesn’t have to be solitary.
If you're ready to explore what truly supportive, inclusive naturopathy can look like – let’s talk.
