Bex Harper (they/them) is an award-winning neurodiversity and chronic-illness coach and founder of Earth Coaching®. Blending nature-centred, neuro-affirming practice with practical strategies, Bex supports ADHD and autistic adults and people living with conditions such as M.E./CFS to reduce overwhelm and build resilient, values-led lives. Based in Southend-on-Sea, Earth Coaching offers one-to-one programmes, organisational partnerships, online coaching and walk-and-talk sessions in Priory Park and Prittlewell Square. Earth Coaching won the Quality Business Award: Best Life Coach in Southend-on-Sea 2025.
