Nature-based coaching for neurodivergent & chronically ill adults

This time-bound coaching complements clinical care and social prescribing. Clear referral criteria, safeguarding and evaluation. Minimal admin for busy teams.

What we do

  • Earth Coaching® delivers nature-based, neuro-affirming, trauma-informed coaching for adults who are autistic, have ADHD, or are living with chronic illnesses such as CFS/ME or Long Covid.

  • We help patients stabilise routines, pace activity, manage sensory load and build self-advocacy. The work sits neatly alongside personalised care and social prescribing pathways.

Testimonials

  • "Before I started my Earth Coaching package, I had spent the year since my diagnosis (aged 35) feeling quite lost. I had a lot of feelings of frustration, anger and confusion. Whilst finally being able to put my finger on a factor that had contributed to a lot of negative feelings about myself. The biggest thing I got out of the experience was learning to understand more about myself and coming to terms with finally having a diagnosis. Medication has had mixed results, but being able to sit and work through things in my own time and space has been a revelation. I still have my struggles, but Bex has been fantastic in letting me work through the various issues and difficulties in my own way. Being able to work with someone who doesn't make you feel as though you're being judged and doesn't try to "fix" you (like many therapists I've seen in the past) is easily Bex's biggest strength."

  • "I truly feel that working with Bex Harper ‘saved me’ from crashing this year. Before I started my Earth Coaching package, I was feeling totally wired, overwhelmed and falling through time and my own life – that’s the only way I can describe it, I was also drowning in my own stuff, this was spreading seemingly without control through my home. I love my home and live and work here and it has been my haven but I was ‘escaping’ more and more. I just couldn’t sort myself out. Even simple decisions like getting dressed were becoming increasingly difficult. Bex has given me the tools to organise my time better, to sort myself out and helped me to see how little self care I was giving myself and how hard I could be on myself. I recognise the importance to rest daily, and to divide up the time I give to the different things in my life, so I wasn’t just trying to deal with the problem areas, or exhaust myself on physical activities but to give myself care and rest and do things that make me happy too."

  • "Before I started with Bex I was struggling to get up and to work, spending a lot of time sleeping, and I felt very unconfident in my ability to do my job. Since working with Bex I have managed to find a (mainly) consistent work routine, implement good self-care routines and make changes in the direction and day-to-day of my business. I am now feeling much more confident and capable and I'm extremely proud of the difference in what I achieve and my mental health now compared to a year ago. Bex is very patient and understanding, they've born with me while I ramble on in an unfocused way, always helping me come back to a concrete goal and plan of action. I would (and do) 100% recommend Bex for anyone disabled, neurodivergent and/or living with chonic health conditions."

  • "Earth Coaching has helped me work through ADHD burnout, improve my work/life balance, figure out my goals and life values, and boost my self-esteem. After completing the Growth Package, I feel at home in myself, I have more compassionate for myself and others, and I'm able to advocate for my needs confidently. It's been truly transformative. Bex is an incredibly understanding, professional, and kind person, and I can't wait to work with them again in the future."

  • "Bex has been so helpful with a range of different issues and difficulties. I have learned so many techniques that I can use moving forward and ways that I can approach issues in the future. This has helped me improve my confidence but also awareness and understanding about the conditions I struggle with. I would really recommend Bex as they have a patient, kind, compassionate nature and support on a practical, emotional and spiritual level."

  • "Thanks to Bex, I now find simple things like getting up in the morning easier and more exciting! By helping me to restructure my life around my neurodivergence, Bex has helped me feel more confident about my future and career! Bex is the best coach I've ever had, as they don't just ask generic questions, they use their experience to recommend tried & tested techniques, as well as integrating therapeutic techniques to help me shift my mindset to value what's best for my wellbeing."
