Community Projects
At Earth Coaching®, we believe everyone deserves access to calm, confidence, and connection with nature — regardless of income, diagnosis, or circumstance.
Alongside my private practice, I run a growing Community Strand in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, designed to make nature-based coaching and wellbeing support accessible for people who might not otherwise receive it. This work focuses on neurodivergent, disabled, and chronically ill adults, offering gentle, outdoor spaces to restore energy, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with a sense of belonging. Sessions are designed to be sensory-aware and trauma-informed.

Our Vision
This strand is part of a wider vision to form a future charitable arm of Earth Coaching®, ensuring long-term access to nature-based support across Essex and beyond. While the charity is still in development, the groundwork is already in motion through partnerships, community pilot projects, and the gathering of lived-experience voices shaping what comes next.
