Winning the Quality Business Award for a second year in a row

I'm still pinching myself as I write this. Winning the Quality Business Award for Best Life Coach in Southend-on-Sea, after winning it in 2025, is not just an incredible honor, but also a reminder that our journey at Earth Coaching has been built on values that truly matter.

As I reflect on the past year, I'm reminded of the power of community and connection. My coaching practice has always been about more than just coaching - it's about creating a space where individuals can feel seen, heard, and valued.

When I received news that Earth Coaching won the FSB East of England Diversity and Inclusion Award earlier this year, it was a moment of pure joy and gratitude. It felt like validation that my efforts to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all were paying off.

But what really struck me about this award is how it made me think about my own journey as a neurodiversity and chronic illness coach. How have I grown and learned over the years? What mistakes have I made in my own health and neurodiversity journeys, and how can I use those lessons to help others? As I look out at my community of clients, colleagues, and friends, I'm reminded that we're all in this together. We're all on a journey of growth, learning, and self-discovery. I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been part of our journey so far. Your support, encouragement, and love have meant the world to me.

As I celebrate this award, I want to acknowledge the incredible clients I have had the pleasure of working with over the years at Earth Coaching. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence have helped me grow as a practioner and made Earth Coaching what it is today. Thank you for trusting me with your stories, your struggles, and your triumphs. It's been an honor to walk alongside you on your journey of growth and transformation. Thank you for being brave enough to show up and be your authentic selves.

And to anyone who's ever felt like they don't quite fit the mold or that their story isn't being heard, I want to say this: you are seen, you are heard, and you matter. Our practice is dedicated to creating a space where everyone can feel welcome, valued, and supported.

What’s next at Earth Coaching?

As I celebrate this award, I’m also excited to continue working towards creating a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all. I’m committed to ongoing learning, growth, and self-reflection, so that I can always provide the best possible support for my clients.

I've always been passionate about natural health and wellness, and as I've learned more about the body's incredible capacity for healing, I've become increasingly inspired to share this knowledge with others. My training in naturopathy has given me a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and spiritual health - and I'm excited to continue on this journey of discovery.

My commitment to herbalism and natural therapies is not just about treating symptoms, but about empowering individuals to take control of their own health. By working with herbs, nutrients, and lifestyle changes, we can support the body's inherent ability to heal and thrive.
