1:1 and Group Supervision for Coaches Working With Neurodivergent and/or Chronically Ill Clients

  • Support & Feedback

Earth Coaching Supervision will help support your skills and effectiveness as a coach and provide a healing space to get back to being yourself. Clients can bring challenges, difficulties and stresses that can leave you depleted.

Bex specialises in working with coaches who are neurodivergent and/or chronically ill, as well as coaches working with neurodivergent and/or chronically ill clients.

Supervision can act as a healing space to help you recognise, process and release some of the pent up emotion that can lead to burn-out, receive support and gain clarity about your professional concerns.

According to the AC recommendations, for every 15-40 hours of coaching, coaches need 1 hour of supervision, depending on their experience: 1:15 for new coaches, 1:30 for mid-career coaches and 1:40 for experienced coaches.

  • Expert Knowledge

Bex is an experienced coach who has worked with neurodivergent and/or chronically ill clients for years and has seen the common issues that arise when working with these client groups.

Bex trained with Animas Centre for Coaching (Transformational Coaching, 2018) and The Centre for Coaching (Coaching Supervision & Coaching Psychology Supervision, 2025) and has undertook a huge range of CPD, from trauma-informed coaching to existential coaching.

Bex maintains up-to-date knowledge and understanding of coaching through continued CPD and their own regular supervision.

As well as being a dedicated supervisor, Bex works as a fully-booked neurodiversity and chronic illness coach.

  • Ethical Frameworks

Earth Coaching Supervision is a great place to raise questions around how standards, ethics and codes of practice interact with your coaching practice. Bex adheres to The Global Code of Ethics.

Bex helps you to consider where and how your coaching approach is encountering ethical dilemmas or to what extent you might be breaching accepted norms or your own boundaries. It is a place where you can discuss issues that come up in your coaching practice with an experienced coach.

You can read more about Earth Coaching’s approaches here.

  • Accreditation Support

Bex has also gone through the process of being awarded Association for Coaching accreditation and is currently working toward the AC’s highest accreditation level (Master Coach) to submit in 2026.

Bex meets the criteria for AC Coach Supervision and can help support your accreditation journey. If you are currently in (or wanting to begin) this process with the AC, supervision with Bex can shine a light on the areas you need to work on. Supervision is a great place for you to bring your concerns.

Please note, Bex does not provide ICF Mentor Coaching.
