Affordable Group Supervision
for Neurodiversity Coaches

Is Earth Coaching® Group Supervision suitable for me?

🌱 Are you an early or mid-career coach? (i.e. 150 to 950 hours’ experience)

🌱 Are you regularly working with neurodivergent clients, or are you a neurodivergent coach?

🌱 Are you looking to further understand how intersections (of race, gender, sexuality, chronic illness, disability etc.) can affect working with neurodivergent clients?

🌱 Are you looking to do deeper reflective work on yourself and your practice in a supportive group context of just 3-4 practitioners?

🌱 Are you curious how nature, the outdoors, plants and earth-based practices can be used in neurodiversity coaching?

🌱 Are you looking to unpack, re-frame, and learn in a safe, confidential and ethically-minded community that is catered to neurodivergent, disabled and chronically ill coaches?

🌱 Are you able to commit to a regular monthly session? We will be meeting online for a 90-minute group video call every month.

This group will start on 24th February 2026, for a total of 5 sessions. Sessions will be held from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon (UK time) on the last Tuesday of each month.

If you can’t make this day/time or are specifically looking for one-on-one supervision, you can find out more about it here.

About Your Supervisor, Bex Harper

I’m an experienced, AC-accredited coach and a trauma-informed practitioner and I believe in the importance of having ethical, safe and attuned conversations with our clients when the topic of trauma comes up. I trained with Animas Centre for Coaching (Transformational Coaching) and The Centre for Coaching (Coaching Supervision) and maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of coaching through continued CPD and my own supervision.

I’m neurodivergent and have eight years of experience coaching neurodivergent and chronically ill folks. As well as working online, I offer outdoor neurodiversity coaching in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
