This gentle, experiential workshop explores how to feel your own personal space, listen to your body's signals, and rebuild trust in your yes and your no.
Many of us were taught to ignore our bodies in order to survive. To be polite. To be safe. To be acceptable.
You will leave with a clearer sense of your own edge, more self-trust, and practical ways to honour your boundaries in everyday life. Along the way, we'll gently introduce ideas from parts work, relational patterns, and consent culture to help you understand why you might freeze, fawn, over-accommodate, or push people away, and how to return to a place of choice.
This is a trauma-aware, fully clothed, no-touch workshop with no pressure to share. You will leave with a clearer sense of your own edge, more self-trust, and practical ways to honour your boundaries in everyday life.
Suitable for queer, trans, neurodivergent and sensitive nervous systems.
